Digital Media Management Terms and Conditions


Service Agreement

This Digital Media Management Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date set forth below, by and between Sky Blue Social Media Marketing, under Sky Blue Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Service Provider"), and the customer ("Customer").

Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Customer:

  • Creation and management of digital media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Free Google Business verification.
  • Creation and management of a Google Sites website.
  • Optionally, creation of personal social media accounts for the Customer.

Term of Service

The services will be provided for a term of one year from the date of signing this Agreement.

Renewal and Termination

  • After one year, the Customer may choose to renew the service. If the Customer chooses not to renew, full access to all digital media accounts, websites, and emails will be granted to the Customer.
  • If the balance payment is not made within 30 days, the Service Provider has the authority to consider this Agreement canceled.

Payment Terms

  • The Customer agrees to pay an initial booking fee.
  • The balance payment is due within 30 days of the initial booking.
  • Failure to make the balance payment within the specified period will result in cancellation of this Agreement.

Additional Services

Customers may choose to add the following services:

  • Twitter
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest

If the Customer chooses any additional services, the Service Provider agrees to provide creation and management of digital media accounts on the selected channels (Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest).

Posting Services

Customers may also choose to add a specific number of posts every month:

  • Add 1 post every month
  • Add 2 posts every month
  • Add 3 posts every month
  • Add 4 posts every month

Authorization and Updates

  • The Customer authorizes the Service Provider to update the website and digital media accounts as necessary.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to make necessary updates and changes to the digital media strategy to improve performance and engagement, in consultation with the Customer.

General Terms

  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement.
  • Intellectual Property: The Service Provider retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the term of this Agreement until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the Customer.
  • Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
  • Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
